The size XL Fluffy Jumbo pack(34 pads) is used for medium flow. The Bliss Plant-Based Long Panty Liner (20 Liners) Pack Of 1 is used for the day before or after the periods, white discharge, etc.

Recommendation:

For Hygienic purposes, change the Sanitary pad for 3 to 6 hours every day. and the panty liner for 6-8 hours of protection every day.
